Trade-in Procedure

We now offer a fully-fledged trade-in service for our customers who are looking to sell on old camera gear & receive credit towards a new purchase.

While we do not sell used camera gear on our online store, we would love to offer this service to our customers who would like to upgrade their gear, without the hassle of finding a buyer for the old gear before their purchase of new gear.

We grade trade-ins according to the following descriptions:

• Like New
• Excellent
• Good
• Well Used
• Heavily Used

Terms & Conditions:

• Trade-ins will be evaluated on arrival, & the trade-in credit will only be credited once the full evaluation of the equipment has taken place.
• Items not arriving in the stated or expected condition will be credited to the next appropriate trade-in value.
• We do not offer cash trade-ins, under any circumstances. All trade-ins will have the respective value added as a discount, redeemable via a discount code on our online store, to be used against the purchase of new equipment from us.
• All new equipment purchased must be of higher value than the trade-in amount.
• All trade-ins are agreed upon on an individual basis. There are no blanket approvals, as we only offer trade-ins on certain equipment.
