COURIER SERVICE

Prima Photo & Video partners with a number of trusted and reputatble couriers for shipment around the globe, including DHL, Fedex, Royal Mail, DPD, Yodel, TNT, Toll etc. You will get a tracking number for your order once it is dispatched. Under normal circumstances, couriers require a consignee to sign for the parcel upon delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping to most countries. For shipment to regions that are less accessible or regarded as remote areas by couriers, additional postage cost will be added automatically at checkout. In other words, the price you see on our website is final and you need not pay extra, unless the region in which you resides is considered a remote area. All charges will be shown before confirmation of payment.

United Kingdom: 

We expedite our orders from our UK warehouse via DPD, Hermes, Royal Mail or UPS. The handling time for an order takes around 2-3 working days typically. You will receive your purchase usually on the 6th - 12th working day after your payment is credited to our account. We assure the prices you see on our site are final and there won't be any taxes or duties to pay when the product arrives.

European Union:

We expedite our orders from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail, DPD or DHL. The handling time for an order takes around 2-3 working days typically. United States:

We expedite our orders from Hong Kong via FedEx, UPS or USPS. The handling time for an order takes around 2-3 working days typically. You will receive your purchase usually on the 5th - 10th working day after your payment is credited to our account. We assure the prices you see on our site are final and there won't be any taxes or duties to pay when the product arrives.

Australia:

We expedite our orders from Hong Kong via Australia Post. The handling time for an order takes around 2-3 working days typically. You will receive your purchase usually on the 5th - 10th working day after your payment is credited to our account. 

Rest of the World:

We expedite our orders via FedEx unless otherwise stated. The handling time for an order takes around 1 working day typically. You will receive your purchase usually on the 2nd - 6th working day after your payment is credited to our account. Customers may be liable to import duties when the order arrives your country.

PO BOXES

Prima Photo & Video only accepts physical addresses for posting. This is due to delivery restrictions that most couriers impose on deliveries to PO Boxes. If your primary delivery address on PayPal is a PO box or a virtual address, please have it revised before placing an order with us. Otherwise the order will be cancelled and refunded. Couriers normally require consignees to sign for the parcel.

AMENDING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Prima Photo & Video does not allow any change or update of shipping address after an order is placed successfully (especially after an order is dispatched).
This is in place for the protection of both parties against the possibility of a lost parcel. In case you have ordered using an erroneous shipping address, you are recommended to contact our team at info@primaphotovideo.com as soon as possible to have the order held, cancelled or refunded.
You may place a new order using the error-free shipping address, after logging onto your PayPal account and revising it there. Please note that any request for cancellation and refund of order due to an erroneous shipping address will be accepted only before the order is processed.

SHIPPING DELAYS DURING BUSY PERIODS

As much as we will do our utmost to avoid delays, they may still happen. Delays may be more prevalent during the likes of the to lead up to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, as well as the lead up to and beyond Christmas and New Year. During this time, please kindly allow an extra 5-7 working days for delivery.

NO CHANGES TO PROCESSED ORDERS

Once an order has been processed, it may not be changed, amended or cancelled. Any desired changes in delivery schedule will be dealt with between the customer and our courier partner directly. If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they are free to do so under the 14 Day Change of Mind Return and Refund policy, once they have received their order.

COMMUNICATION WITH DELIVERY COURIER

Once an order has been passed to our courier partners for shipment, and once you have received tracking information, please forward any and all queries or delivery changes directly to the courier concerned. This will expedite your query or amendment being dealt with.
